1. Who we are
Anhelm (“Anhelm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom websites, hosting and maintenance, online store tools, SEO article services, field-service / Jobs software, and related operator tools (including admin.anhelm.com and the Anhelm mobile field app). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit anhelm.com, use our products, or communicate with us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it for advertising lists.
2. Roles: our customers vs. their customers
It helps to separate two situations:
- Information about you as an Anhelm customer or prospect (for example, when you request a quote, buy a website or SEO plan, or create an admin account). We decide how that information is used to run our business and serve you.
- Information you collect through products we host for you (for example, contact forms on your marketing site, online store orders, Jobs clients and invoices, or site analytics on your domain). You are generally responsible for that data as the business using our tools. We process it to provide the service you purchased—storage, delivery, admin access, support, security, and billing—not to market our own products to your end customers or to sell that data.
3. Information we collect
Account and billing
Name, email, password (or authentication via our identity provider), business name, domain preferences, plan selections, and payment-related records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store Stripe customer or connected-account identifiers needed to manage subscriptions and payouts.
Communications
Messages you send via contact forms, email, chat/hub tools, or support channels—including content needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
Product content you create
Depending on which products you use, this may include website content and settings, articles and SEO onboarding details (topics, tone, approval preferences), store catalog and order data, Jobs clients, properties, requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, catalog items, and related files or messages you upload.
End-customer and visitor data (on behalf of our customers)
When you enable forms, ecommerce, Jobs booking, analytics, or similar features, we may process names, contact details, order and payment status, service addresses, messages, and usage events that your visitors or customers submit or generate on your site or through your Jobs workspace.
Technical and usage data
IP address, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. On anhelm.com we may use cookies or similar technologies for security, basic site function, and marketing measurement (see below). On customer sites, first-party analytics (when enabled) and security tooling may record similar technical data for the site owner.
Marketing site analytics and ads
Our marketing site may use Google Analytics / Google Ads tags and Meta (Facebook) Pixel when configured, to understand traffic and measure campaigns. Those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve our websites, hosting, admin tools, SEO, store, and Jobs products
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and prevent abuse
- Process payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and (where enabled) Stripe Connect onboarding
- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and communicate about projects and service
- Plan work, onboard you, and deliver services you requested (including SEO articles and website builds)
- Send service notices (billing, security, product changes). Marketing email is limited and you can opt out of non-essential marketing
- Monitor reliability, debug issues, and protect against fraud or misuse
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not use your end customers’ data from forms, store, or Jobs to build advertising audiences for unrelated third parties, and we do not sell that data.
5. When we share information
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Service providers such as hosting and infrastructure, CDN, email delivery, authentication (e.g. Auth0), payment processing (Stripe), and analytics/ad platforms used on our marketing site
- You and your authorized team members through admin dashboards and notifications you configure
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition) under appropriate safeguards
Providers are instructed to use personal information to perform services for us (or for you, when we act on your behalf)—not to sell it.
6. Payments and Stripe Connect
Platform fees you pay Anhelm (for example website build fees, monthly hosting, or SEO plans) are processed through our Stripe account. When you connect Stripe to accept payments from your customers (store checkout or Jobs deposits/invoices), Stripe’s terms and privacy notice also apply to that payment relationship. Card data is handled by Stripe; we receive payment status and identifiers needed to show orders, invoices, and account status in our products.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for login/security and site operation, and—on anhelm.com—optional analytics and advertising tags when enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.
8. Retention
We keep account, billing, and project records for as long as your relationship with us continues and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, tax, and legal obligations. Product data you store (articles, orders, Jobs records, form submissions, etc.) is retained while your account or relevant product subscription is active, and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after closure unless we must keep it longer by law or for legitimate security/audit reasons.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle (including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and limit admin access to people who need it.
10. International processing
Anhelm’s team and infrastructure may process information in Cambodia and other countries where we or our providers operate. If you access our services from another region, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request about information Anhelm holds as a business (your account or our marketing site), contact us at the email below. If your request concerns data collected on a client’s website or Jobs workspace, we may direct you to that business, or work with them as appropriate, because they control that customer relationship.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under the CCPA/CPRA, other than limited use of advertising pixels on our own marketing site as described above. You may still contact us to exercise applicable rights.
12. Children’s privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age required by local law). If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
13. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
