1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Anhelm’s websites, products, and services, including custom website design and hosting, online store features, SEO article plans, Jobs (field-service) software, operator admin tools, and related support (together, the “Services”). By purchasing, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.
2. Who we are
The Services are provided by Anhelm (“Anhelm,” “we,” “us”). Our marketing site is anhelm.com. Operator tools are primarily available at admin.anhelm.com. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
3. Services we offer
Depending on what you purchase or enable, Services may include:
- Websites — custom marketing or business sites, hosting, maintenance, and related support under your plan
- Online store — catalog, checkout, orders, and related store operator tools when enabled for your site
- SEO articles — recurring article deliverables and related admin workflows under your SEO subscription
- Jobs — tools to manage clients, requests, quotes, work, invoices, catalog items, and related field-service workflows, including optional public booking or deposit flows when enabled
- Shared platform features — accounts, authentication, forms, messaging/hub features, analytics (when enabled), and integrations such as Stripe
Feature availability depends on your plan and configuration. We may improve, add, or adjust features over time. Material removals of paid functionality will be handled reasonably (notice and, where appropriate, alternatives or plan changes).
4. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorizing only people who should have access. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
We may suspend or limit access to protect the platform, other customers, or to address non-payment, abuse, or Terms violations.
5. Fees, trials, and billing
Prices for website packages, SEO plans, Jobs subscriptions, build fees, and other offerings are as stated at purchase or in an order/confirmation we provide. Recurring fees renew until canceled according to the plan terms shown at checkout or in admin billing screens.
Payments for Anhelm Services are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension of Services after reasonable notice. Taxes may apply where required. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case unless a specific offer states otherwise.
6. Your content and customer data
You retain ownership of content and data you provide or collect through the Services (“Customer Content”), including your branding, site copy, product catalog, Jobs client records, and form submissions from your visitors.
You grant Anhelm a license to host, store, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and secure the Services, provide support, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your end customers’ and visitors’ information, and for your own privacy notices and compliance on your sites and in your business. Anhelm provides tools; you operate the business relationship with your customers.
7. Payments you collect (store and Jobs)
If you use ecommerce checkout or Jobs deposits/invoices to charge your customers, you—not Anhelm—are the seller of those goods or services. You must connect a payment provider we support (for example Stripe Connect). Payouts, chargebacks, refunds, tax collection on your sales, and customer disputes related to your sales are your responsibility, subject to Stripe’s and any applicable network rules.
Anhelm is not a bank or money transmitter. Platform fees you pay us are separate from amounts your customers pay you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate law, including privacy, consumer, export, or intellectual-property laws
- Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content
- Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse engineer the platform except as allowed by law
- Infringe others’ rights or misrepresent your affiliation with Anhelm
- Process illegal goods/services or highly regulated activities we are not equipped to support
We may remove content or suspend Services that we reasonably believe violate these rules.
9. Intellectual property
Anhelm and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, documentation, and branding (excluding Customer Content). Website deliverables and article work product are provided for your business use under your plan; unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, we retain the right to reuse non-confidential know-how, components, and patterns in our practice. You may not resell our platform software itself.
10. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third parties (Stripe, authentication providers, email delivery, maps, analytics, shipping, tax tools, and others). Their terms govern your use of those products. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control, but we will work reasonably to restore integrations we rely on.
11. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in writing for your plan, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, search-engine rankings, sales results, or that Jobs or store features will meet every business requirement. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anhelm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for loss of data or business interruption, arising from the Services or these Terms. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Services in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us for the affected Service during that period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Anhelm against claims arising from your Customer Content, your products or services sold to your customers, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of law or these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Term and cancellation
These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may cancel recurring plans as described in admin billing or by contacting us; cancellation timing (end of period vs immediate) follows the plan controls we provide. We may terminate or suspend for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends; we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable wind-down period unless law requires longer retention.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different process for material changes.
16. General
These Terms are the agreement between you and Anhelm regarding the Services and supersede conflicting prior discussions on the same subject, except signed order forms or statements of work that expressly override specific sections. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate reorganization or sale of assets.
Governing law and venue will be the courts and laws applicable to Anhelm’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your location provides otherwise.
